I’ve been to a lot of restaurants over the years, and most of them are a one-time visit. But Caruso’s? I’ve been back since my first visit, and let me tell you—it just keeps getting better! The meals here are absolutely fantastic—full of flavor, perfectly cooked, and presented beautifully. The service? Impeccable. Every single time, the staff has been attentive, friendly, and welcoming. The atmosphere is exactly what I look for in a dining experience: quiet and inviting. No blasting music, no chaotic noise—just a perfect setting to enjoy a meal and a conversation. And let’s talk drinks for a moment. Their Long Island iced tea? STILL the best I’ve ever had. Period. If you’re looking for a restaurant that delivers amazing food, outstanding service, and an unforgettable experience every single time, Caruso’s Family Restaurant is it. We had lunch at Caruso's while in Cayuga for my son's basketball tournament. The food, drinks and service was amazing! The waitress told us everything is made fresh in house except one item on the menu. I had the crispy chicken club and it was so good you could diffently tell it was made fresh soooo delicious. I also tried there own brewed IPA beer it was also very nice. I will diffently be back when I'm in Cayuga again. This is a great place to eat......you wont be disappointed. Also very clean and relaxing atmosphere.

Omg, the food at the restaurant is so good everything is made in house right there on the spot, no frozen, precooked food. All is fresh. I was totally impressed with the pricing of our orders. The owner (Margaret) is a sweet lady and actually takes the time to visit our table just to see if everything was to our liking. I recommend this place to anyone that wants to dine out in a clean, spacious, friendly restaurant. Thank you Margaret The Hancock Family

Finally took the opportunity to stop at this little gem of a restaurant - and even better being a Friday it was fish and chips for the special day !! To be honest the wait staff was attentive and accommodating with all of our requests. My partner in crime for the day ordered soup and tea to start - he indicated the soup was the best he had and the tea was spot on - We both ordered fish and chips - I ordered the one piece and my partner ordered the two piece - within a very short period of time we had fresh hot food placed in front of us and couldn’t wait to try it . As it looks it was perfecting batters with a thin batter and perfectly brown and inside the fish was wonderfully cooked / the fries were hand cut made In house and perfectly cooked as well. It was definitely worth the stop and enough food that neither of us could eat everything g offered on the plates. If you have the opportunity to dine at this local establishment do it !!! Especially if it’s Friday and you can have fish and chips :)

My husband has been coming here each week and ordering the amazing crispy chicken sandwich. He asked me if I wanted to go out to this cute restaurant right in the heart of Cayuga. The food is unbelievable yummy. I had the chicken parm .... Now this was so yummy especially when fresh ingredients are used with a nice touch of fresh basil for garnish. Large portions and the pasta comes in a bowl aside the chicken parm which is amazing as it does make the chicken soggy... this place has lots of parking a cute outside patio.. must check this place out!!!!! Oh I forgot to mention that we had deep fried ravioli to start these were fantastic.

Stopped on our way home for ice cream! Yummy ice cream with a Great grassy picnic area to enjoy it on a sunny day! Highly recommend funky monkey... Cash Only at the time of our visit.

We were very delighted to visit this restaurant the first time. The ambiance is soothing and friendly. Our server was a very nice and courteous lady. We ordered fish and chips, chicken wings, and ice cream. They were all delicious. We enjoyed our time at this restaurant. You will feel the taste of homemade foods here. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
